Best Western Plus Spartanburg

I stayed at this hotel, I liked everything, no complaints, I just didn't like that they took a deposit for the apartment and for some reason it hasn't come back to me for the third day, $100, if they don't come, I'll have to go there again and sort it out, but overall, everything suited me

I've been to multiple hotels in the area. This place is the best one and my favorite, hands down. They have hdmi ports on their tvs which is important to me personally. Their breakfast is great! Plus the staff I met are super friendly. Willie even gave me and my girlfriend a free plate of cookies on our way out, just because we mentioned how great they tasted the day before. 10/10 will probably be here again.

We just stumbled across this gem. The young man, Adam I believed helped this old lady to navigate through her phone. even though he was training a young lady he was patient with me. Then walked in this man dressed in Best Western attire and I thought oh he's not one to be joking with. Later that morning I had an encounter with this young mam who is Willie the manager. My first impression was wrong. MR. Willie as I observed is what a manger should be. I watched as he interacted with his staff and other guest. The entire staff made you feel welcome and was extremely helpful. Then there is Mrs. Vivian, who's smile just gave you great vibes and inviting to a good morning, I hope ya sleep well. Oh now back to the hotel. The entrance was clean, spotless, I know the front desk staff was busy cleaning up red clay, due to the construction workers and the rain. The room was clean and beautiful. We will be returning. To the staff we salute you job well done

Cassandra at the Front desk was super kind and helpful. Stall even had warm cookies for us when we arrived late. The pillows are really perfect. The bed super comfortable. The gym was 4 out of 5 but had all the weights I needed, mats and rollers for sore muscles. Water bottle refilled like at the airport even in the gym. PERFECT for a team tournament. Meeting room available too for team meetings. Check out The Cantina next door too. Good Mexican food in a sports bar environment.

Great selection for breakfast. Located right off the highway. Staff very cordial.

I can’t tell you enough how safe, clean and helpful this place is. Momma came here from Texas to care for my son in the hospital and I feel so safe here and almost part of the family. Willie, Daniella, Ben and vivian are amazing people and make this place what it is. I’m sorry i can’t remember everyone’s names but they are all great! Perfect location for the hospital, restaurants and if you plan on a drive up in the mountains for a day it’s not far at all!!God is all in this property!

Day use for a few hrs since I arrived extremely early before checking like 10:00 am this was a clean layover

Not a better hotel in Spartanburg area. My one place to stay when I’m in town, which is pretty often.

No bedbugs. Friendly service. Good breakfast. A few little scrapes and scuffs in the room, but that's not a deal breaker for me. A solid 4 star hotel, which is exactly what I was expecting at this price point.

The hotel was conveniently located for me, with easy access and parking. The breakfast was good, but they really won me over with the espresso machine. I would mention that it is very close to the highway. I'm not bothered by the hum of traffic. If it bothers you, i suggest asking for a room which faces away from the highway.
